Svetoslav Manolev MS, is a wine consultant, educator and wine judge.
After studying hospitality management in his native Bulgaria, he has worked in United States and in the UK. With over a decade of experience most recently as head sommelier at 67 Pall Mall and COYA, Mayfair and Roka Restaurants.
In 2019 Svetoslav became the first Bulgarian Master Sommelier and was awarded the Ruinart Trophy for achieving the highest score.
