As alcohol-free options continue to rise the Sommelier Edit Awards shine a spotlight on drinks created with fine dining in mind. This new category invites drinks <0.5% made for the premium on-trade and with food pairing at the forefront. Drinks with complexity, texture and versatility with dishes of all kinds are invited to submit entries.
