A Hungarian winemaker turned sommelier, whose love for wines led him to pursue a path in viticulture and oenology, deviating from their family’s strong hospitality background.

After a few vintages spent in vineyards, Bence embarked on a journey, working his way up through the ranks of renowned Michelin-starred establishments in Hungary and the UK.

Eventually, fate guided him to settle at L’Enclume, where he’s had the privilege of contributing to the restaurant’s historic achievement as the first three Michelin-starred establishment in the north of England.

Bence’s gratitude for his journey is immense, and he humbly continues to share his expertise and passion for wine with others.
