Harry’s professional experience has centred around modern, British restaurants and he’s currently with new opening Counter 71 in Shoreditch, London.
He’s a keen champion of British wines and also leans towards wines from Italy, Spain, Argentina and USA. Always looking to serve some new discoveries, Harry is also interested in wines from Eastern Europe, Asia and South America.
His favourite wine is an aged, sweet Tokaji or Aglianico from Basilicata.
