Holly Willcocks is Wine Manager at Mountain, London. She began her career at Noble Rot before going on to open her own wine bar and restaurant, Half Cut Market. After 18 months, she joined Mountain as its opening Wine Manager, where she was responsible for developing the restaurant’s wine list.
Under her guidance, Mountain has been recognised by Star Wine List for having the Best Spanish Wine List in the UK for two consecutive years. More recently, the restaurant was awarded Best Wine List in the UK at the National Restaurant Awards, further cementing its reputation for an outstanding wine programme.
