Jiachen is a US-lawyer-turned-sommelier who hung up the briefcase in exchange for a flavourful life in the wine world in autumn 2022.
Three weeks into her first hospitality role in London, she and her chef colleague were crowned champion team at the national final of the Copa Jerez and will represent the UK at the International Final in Jerez in October 2023.
Jiachen completed her WSET Diploma in Wines in 2022 and was awarded 2023 Golden Vines®️ Wine Scholar Guild Scholarship. She is looking forward to the next stage of her wine study and career.
