I come from Puglia, in the warm South of Italy. In 2017 I moved to England with the aim to learn the language, so I started to work as a waitress in a beautiful countryside hotel in the heart of Sussex.
This place has given me the chance to built my career in the world of wine and helped me with the studying of the WSET courses. Promotions after promotions and levels after levels, more then 2 years ago I became Head Sommelier and I also graduate as Diploma WSET.
