Originally from Puglia, Italy, with a career shaped by curiosity, passion and a love for the stories behind every bottle. Currently Wine Manager at Studio Paskin in London, overseeing the wine programmes across Blue Posts, The Mulwray and Michelin-starred Evelyn’s Table.
WSET Diploma holder, with six years at Gravetye Manor, progressing to Head Sommelier, and recognised in Harpers’ Top 50 Sommeliers in the UK in 2026. Particularly drawn to wines with character, authenticity and a strong sense of place, with a passion for discovering and sharing wines that inspire curiosity.
