My journey began at the renowned Epicure restaurant in Paris, a prestigious three-star Michelin establishment. During my time there, I developed my skills and deepened my passion for fine wines, laying the foundation for my career. From Paris, my professional path led me to Madrid, Bilbao and London, where I worked at notable establishments, while continuously seeking to expand my knowledge by visiting vineyards across the globe.
