Having worked in hospitality since the age of 15, she has explored nearly every position the industry has to offer—from fine dining to all-day dining. Four years ago, while working at an Italian deli and wine shop, she met a Master of Wine. That encounter allowed her to ask questions and discover just how vast the world of wine truly is, igniting a passion that has shaped her career ever since.
Currently pursuing her WSET diploma, she remains eager to learn and continuously fuels her curiosity. Beyond wine, she is also passionate about teas and cocktails. For her, maintaining this passion is key to her mission: providing each guest with a memorable experience, whether they are enjoying wine, cocktails, or alternative coffee options.
